Once the course has started there is no refund. This is because we offer limited spaces on a live course to ensure everyone receives individual attention. Even if you need to take a pause you will have access to all the materials and be able to complete it when it suits you.
If you are not happy with your purchase and you decide to cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, we can offer you a refund less 25% to cover admin costs and other bank charges.
